Warm the Teapot

Rinse the teapot with boiling water to warm it thoroughly.

Add Tea and Mint

Place gunpowder green tea and fresh mint leaves in the pot.

First Brew

Add boiling water, steep for 30 seconds, then pour out this first brew (which cleans the leaves).

Add Sugar and Brew

Add sugar to the pot, fill with boiling water, and steep for 5 minutes

Pour with Height

Pour the tea into glasses from a height to create a frothy top.
