Shipping Information
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partners using trusted courier services to ensure your coffee arrives in optimal condition.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and seasonal demand. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details where available.
Domestic & International Shipping
Safaribrew offers both domestic and international shipping. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local regulations. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Safaribrew is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, all sales are considered final. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Proof of damage or error (such as photos) may be required to process your request.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
