Processing Times

At SafariBrew, we take pride in providing you with the freshest African coffee and tea products. To ensure optimal freshness, we roast our coffee beans to order and carefully package all products with attention to detail.

Here's what to expect after placing your order:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days for standard orders. This includes coffee roasting, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Subscription Orders: Processed according to your selected delivery schedule, typically shipping 2 days before your scheduled delivery date to ensure freshness.
  • Large Orders (5+ items): May require an additional 1-2 business days for processing.
  • Pre-Order Items: Will ship according to the estimated availability date listed on the product page.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $35. This applies to addresses within the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are excluded from our free shipping offer.

International Shipping

We're delighted to share our African coffee and tea products with customers worldwide. Please note the following regarding international orders:

  • International shipping rates are calculated based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.
  • The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Delivery times may vary significantly based on customs processing in your country.
  • We currently ship to most countries, but some restrictions may apply based on shipping regulations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:

  1. Logging into your SafariBrew account and viewing your order history
  2. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

Shipping Restrictions

Due to various regulations and logistical constraints, there are some limitations to our shipping services:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or priority shipping methods.
  • Certain countries may have restrictions on importing coffee or tea products. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders to destinations where we have experienced excessive fraud or delivery issues.

Returns Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At SafariBrew, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from SafariBrew within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • For coffee and tea products, the package is unopened or less than 25% consumed
  • For brewing equipment and accessories, all parts and components are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or account history)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Coffee or tea products that have been opened and are more than 25% consumed

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your SafariBrew account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Items" and follow the prompts
  4. Print the provided return shipping label (if applicable)
  5. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible
  6. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
  7. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier

If you don't have an account or prefer assistance, contact our customer service team to initiate your return.

Return Shipping

For returns due to customer preference (not damaged or defective items):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

For returns of damaged or defective items:

  • SafariBrew will cover the cost of return shipping
  • Contact our customer service team to receive a prepaid return shipping label
  • Please provide photos of the damaged items when requested

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. After approval:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Processing time is typically 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund:

  • Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" when initiating the process
  • Specify the item you would like to receive as a replacement
  • If there is a price difference, we will either charge or credit the difference to your original payment method
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may not require you to return the damaged item

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe specified above:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
  • If you've done the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team
